Moshi Zefyr: A Macbook Heatsink
macbook air | Saturday, May 10, 2008
Fimally ther's asolution to MacBook Air overheating issues. While there are plenty of laptop coolers out there, none have been so specifically designed to address these overheaters as Moshi's Zefyr. The aluminum heatsink setup has an "ultra-silent" USB-powered fan and is quite minimal, just concentrating on the MacBooks' problem spots up top , and offers a temperature drop of roughly 6 degrees Fahrenheit. The Zefyr is designed to place your MacBook at an ergonomically beneficial tilt, and when not in use, the Zefyr collapses to better fit in a bag.The Zefyr also provides a pass through USB port, so that peripheral use is not sacrificed. Zefyr is available now for $75 in silver or black.
